Divestment services may consist of full business sale, partial business sale, or business unit sale. Our goal is to ensure business value is maximised through the sale process, and that the process itself identifies all possible buyers, presents a clear value proposition to the buyer, boosts competitive tension, and manages all aspects of the sale through to successful completion.

For divestments Interface Solutions focuses on technology and services businesses, working through corporate advisory firm Carlisle Partners, (AFSL 224068),  and investment bank KTM Capital (AFSL 247149) where Interface Solutions director Charles Lindop maintains a position of principal.

For the US market we work closely with San Diego investment bank and M&A firm, Software Equity Group. In 2008 Software Equity Group was ranked among the top ten investment banks worldwide for application software mergers and acquisitions and their research reports, read by over 15,000 executives, are a valuable source of m&a deal commentary.
