Interface Solutions works closely with the boards and executive management of our clients to ensure acquisition activity is carefully aligned to business strategy. We pay careful attention to post acquisition integration support to ensure projected synergies are achieved.

A range of acquisition services are provided, included desk based opportunity screening, short list evaluation, prospect due diligence, transactional support and post-merger support. Interface Solutions focuses on technology and services businesses, working through corporate advisory firm Carlisle Partners, (AFSL 224068),  and investment bank KTM Capital (AFSL 247149) where Interface Solutions director Charles Lindop maintains a position of principal.

For the US market we work closely with San Diego investment bank and M&A firm, Software Equity Group. In 2008 Software Equity Group was ranked among the top ten investment banks worldwide for application software mergers and acquisitions and their research reports, read by over 15,000 executives, are a valuable source of m&a deal commentary.
